Today I am going to talk about something that isvery powerful: it is so powerful that it can cureany disease, dissolve any problem, and lead youto the ultimate freedom that you have beensearching for a lifetime.

This is something inour human nature.

Every one of us has access toit, and can access it any time, anywhere.

What Iam referring to is the power of love; it is thepower that can move mountains.

The love that I am going to talk about is notlove in its ordinary sense. It is hard todescribe what the true meaning of love is,because no words can come close to its realmeaning.I think the best description may be that love isoneness; togetherness with the universe andeverything in it. When you are loving, you seeeverything as a part of you, and therefore youare loving everything as you love yourself. Thistogetherness with everything, this oneness witheverything is the true meaning of love. When youare loving, you see no separation; you andeveryone else are the same. It is separation thatcreates all the miseries; when we feel separate,we instantly disconnect with the infinite power,and we don't feel loved. Without separation,"You", "I" and "They" have no meaning; everythingand everyone become ONE. If there isn't a "You",and if there isn't a "They", then who am I goingto hate, who am I going to feel angry at? Nobody!Therefore, all hatred and anger will disappear,and what left is only LOVE. You will have no moreopponents and enemies, as they will all bedissolved into the ONE. You and your enemies areone. When you look into their eyes, what you seeis only a reflection of yourself; the loving andperfect being. You will see them as yourself, andyou will forget how to hate. You will love yourenemies as you love yourself.When you truly understand the meaning of love,you know that you will love everyone equally,regardless of their race, their color, theirreligion or their beliefs. You will love them asyou love yourself regardless of whether they areyour family, spouse, friends, opponents orenemies, because you know that you and everyoneelse are perfect beings.In fact, if you can really see the oneness ineverything, you won't even notice any differencesin color, culture, or belief etc.; you will onlynotice that you and they are the same. They onlyappear to be different, but in essence they areall the same as you. Steam, water and ice areexactly the same thing; they only appear to bedifferent.

The essence of everything and everyoneis the essence of love. Therefore, in order tosee the true essence in everything, you must seeit from the point of view of love. You mustbecome a loving person yourself, and then youwill see a loving energy emanating from allthings around you. If you are wearing greenglasses, the world you see is green no matterwhat. If you see the world from glasses of love,everything you see is love. You see love inyourself; you see love in others.To love is to totally accept the other being asthey are.

When you love yourself, you shouldaccept every aspect of yourself; when you loveothers, you should completely accept them as theyare. Never try to change them; only accept them.If you and everyone else are perfect, whole, andinfinite, why should you change anything? Whenyou are trying to change anyone, it is onlybecause you see imperfection in them, and that isnot true love. When you truly love someone, yousee only perfection. The question that comes upin your mind may be that, if we don't want tochange ourselves or anyone else, then where dothe improvements come from? I say that if you aretruly loving, you would already have reached thehighest state of freedom, and you don't need toimprove. You are already perfect. What can you doto improve on perfection? You want to improveonly when you see imperfection, and then you arenot truly loving.

When you are in the state ofperfect love, you are experiencing the ultimatehappiness. You feel everything is alright,nothing and no one can bother you anymore, yousee only perfection. Everything will happennaturally and with ease.

Love is also an attitude of giving; it is givingwithout strings attached. When you give somethingto someone with an expectation of gaining praisefor yourself, or to get something from him/her inreturn, then you are not present in an attitudeof giving. Giving with this kind of attitude isno better than not giving. The important thing isthe attitude, not the actual dollars or things.You often see people donating millions of dollarsto charity, but with an attitude to gainpublicity, and fame. That is not true giving. Themillion dollars will not help much. If you holdan attitude of giving, without any selfishnessattached, you are helping. The universe does notknow the difference between a dollar and amillion dollars, it only hears your feelings oryour attitude. It will orchestrate allcircumstances according to your feelings.

Love can also solve every one of your problems.Every problem is caused by non-loving emotions,which keep you away from the light of truth.Therefore, when you are loving, you won't haveany problems, because they will be resolvednaturally.

Start practicing love in your life-the more you are able to love, the freer you are, and the happier you are.
